Hello I'm thinking of making ice cream for the first time! Is an affordable ice cream machine that has settings fold in a ton of air for fluffiness or make it dense, and can 'slow churn'?

The machines that are geared towards home use (and I've used several of various types, including the Cuisinart ICE-50BC which I now use)
appear to have only a single setting. While they do incorporate air into the mix, I'd place them on the side of producing "dense" ice cream, rather than fluffy.
