'Ello everyone!

My name is Danielle, I'm twenty three, from Michigan and I just started culinary school in January at the Culinary Institute of Michigan. I despise school with a passion but I love cooking and eventually want to become a chef, so I'm trying to suck it up and keep going.  Um I'm not sure what else to say here so I guess I'll just shut up for now. If you want to know anything else feel free to ask.

Welcome. I am not a fan of school either but I did enjoy going to culinary school. It felt more like school with a purpose not just random subjects. Where are you cooking these days in Michigan?

Thanks,

Thanks Nicko. I'm okay with the fact that it's school (some days) it just seems like the instructors at my school and most of the people there, really, are rather rude and it annoys the crap out of me. Maybe it's just me but it seems like no one really wants to be there I don't know.  Sadly I don't get to cook anything at school yet, hopefully I'll get to start that this summer or in the fall.  I don't even get to cook at home much because I'm so busy with homework haha. Maybe someday I'll get to be in the kitchen again.
