I am interested in starting a mobile food concession and was wondering it there were any On-Line Restaurant Management Classes that were available and worth looking into. I'm not a schooled chef but am a good home cook with no real restaurant experience other than being a short order cook. I'm looking to retire from my present line of work and looking for a supplemental cash basis income opportunity.
