I am in the process of taking over a pub in Bicester, Oxfordshire, and I am in need of a chef to help me relaunch and work on it (and several expansions thereafter)
Preferably someone who can take ownership of the job, create the menu etc, I think the aim will be primarily Steaks/Fish fresh local produce with the main theme of quality

Package, live in etc negotiable, the main thing is the right Chef
