So happy to find a forum like this! I'm a current culinary student and have 7 years line experience. And i love everything to do with food! Mainly my style has Latin influence sort of texmex but i love foods from around the world and believe it brings cultures together.

Aloha and Welcome Justin Hunt.  We're happy you found Chef Talk.  You sound like you're really on your way.

The membership here is so diverse, people from different Countries as well as experience with food.

There's a bunch of info, you might want to try the search bar at the top of the page to find past threads on topics that interest you.  Take a look at the articles, reviews and the photos, maybe you'd like to post some of your own.  Check out the FAQ at the bottom of the page and if have questions, you can PM one of the moderators.

Most of all Justin, have a great time.
