What's is your guys, and gals favorite type of roll to enjoy an all Americana burger on? Just looking for some incite. Got involved in yet another project with my father and a partner. Father is running the bar/lounge and and his partner the banquet facility. They took over this premise which is located on a beautiful golf course in central Connecticut. My place is doing okay, for now at least , so I am helping him get things rolling and am going to train his kitchen staff. The banquet/wedding packages a pretty much set, as is the lounge/restaurant menu. Just trying to get that little extra out of everything. Anywho, what is your guys favorite vehicle for an awesomely juicy burger? The rolls will be made in house.
