Welcome to Cheftalk!
Whilst we are definitely a small minority on the site, there are a few of us from the UK onboard, so feel at home. The wikis, blogs, reviews, articles and photographs on the site are all well worth spending time to view.
There are 3 fora for professionals - but I hope you won't just post there as those sections are read-only for those of us (like me, for instance!) who are not working in a culinary capacity. Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own in the relevant forum.
As a matter of fact, one of my favourite local restaurants is owned/cheffed by Tony Singh. I'm not sure if you've heard of him or his restaurant, Oloroso, but his food is amazing.
