Uhh, Why?

Does AI or CIA teach in Dutch or French?

Europe is a waaaay different story, there are very few "Chef training schools" there.  However, there are many apprentices.  In N.A. school is provided to everyone from gr 1 -12.  In most European countries, school is provided from gr 1 to gr 9 and then the student must decide to either take an apprenticeship or go on to further education.  Cook's (No one but the boss calls themselves Chefs) apprenticeships are typically 3 years, and basically a 3-way contract between the apprentice, the employer and the State--who provides the classroom education, testing, and qualifications.
