Rotissrie Oven Help (Primarily over chicken and game hens)

Hey everyone,

I usually red cook chicken and game hens but my boyfriend heckles me about it, he doesn't always like soy sauce chicken.

Anyways every so often I will roast a bird... BUT my oven is in a repair war with LG so I use the convection toaster oven which is also a rotisserie oven (spits and all).

I can never seem to find a time and temperature to use it at, since it is only top heat, i feel most of my poultry comes out a little to underdone for my none Asian friends and family.

Anyways, I wanted to make Cornish game hens in the rotisserie oven but I am unsure of the temperature and length of time, and I have this cookology temperature thing but I lost the manual and it's just really way to complicated than it needs to be.

So if anyone would help me out that would be great!

How big are the hens? Internal temp should reach 165  / Other thing take out of wrap the day before, season and let dry out in fridge. It gives a more crispy skin on the bird.
