I usually red cook chicken and game hens but my boyfriend heckles me about it, he doesn't always like soy sauce chicken.
Anyways every so often I will roast a bird... BUT my oven is in a repair war with LG so I use the convection toaster oven which is also a rotisserie oven (spits and all).
I can never seem to find a time and temperature to use it at, since it is only top heat, i feel most of my poultry comes out a little to underdone for my none Asian friends and family.
Anyways, I wanted to make Cornish game hens in the rotisserie oven but I am unsure of the temperature and length of time, and I have this cookology temperature thing but I lost the manual and it's just really way to complicated than it needs to be.
So if anyone would help me out that would be great!
