New to cooking from scratch and have been looking for a place to ask questions as they arise.

Aloha, Welcome kmdyf to Chef Talk.

Oh boy, you are going to love this place !

As a Home Cook myself, I have learned so much here.

I’m sure that you’ve already looked around,

including the Articles, Galleries and Reviews.

For folks like you and I, we are asked not to post

in the Pro-forums, but it makes for fascinating reading. 

I also like to look in the Search Bar at the top of the page for previous threads on subjects that interest me or I have questions on.
