Out of the blue I was offered a KM job at another location of the breaky chain I used to work for. I was recommended to the new franchisees by my former KM as well as the head office trainers.
I did consider it as it is more $$ than I am making right now but after weighing the pros and cons,.. I chose to stay where I am. I have benefits, a company pension, three weeks paid vacation,. two paid personal days, and a bunch of work perks off of venngo.com... yes I bang out deli pizzas every day and it can be mind numbing BUT... I really like the people I work with and for.
It was nice though that they suggested me for the job... it just made me feel good that they thought so highly of my work to suggest me....
For me the production kitchen works and I love working at the soup kitchen too...
