Recently I have been experimenting with baking cookies in muffin tins. And I find this interesting because they make the cookies thicker and a bit moister. At least when I have been successful.

I have had to increase the bake time to get the cookie "done". For example, a cookie recipe I have says 10 min. bake time. I had to increase it to a 16 min. bake time. A different recipe I went from 12 to 20 min.


My question is... does anyone have any luck with this? I have searched all over the net looking for a group, recipes, conversion times, anything to put me in a better baking place. I was hoping someone here might have a recommendation, link, something.
