This is my first post, I am a little scared.
The issue we are having is with our Imperia 220 pasta rolling machine. It worked well for two years and then started breaking the drive gear. Has anyone else have this issue?
I've not heard much about electric rollers. You're using fairly heavily in restaurant production? Maybe you're using a heavier denser pasta dough than it's designed for?
What does the factory rep say? or have you not contacted them yet?
