I'm 37 years old and have reached the pinnacle of my job.  I'm a line cook now and have been a kitchen manager at a small diner.  I want more.  I LOVE food!!!  Everything from the first cut prepping, to the way the customer stops talking when they taste the food. I want the best education available to me and am considering Le Cordon Bleu.  Recently I have heard about Oregon Culinary Institute.  I want to be taught by chefs that have the same passion about food that I do.  I want to be surrounded by students who share these interests.  Does anyone have any advise they can share with me???
