I'm new to this forum and new to the States. I've been lucky enough to find a job as a line chef in a high volume fine dining steak restaurant on the strip, the ideal place to start my career here. I'm looking to network with other chefs in the Vegas area, and hopefully set up a few stage's along the way so i can broaden my skill base.
