Hi all:

 

Anybody out there can contact me re: what steps to take to operate a lunch truck in Orange County?  I am planning to open a Restaurant, but, entertaining the idea of getting a food truck.  Who can give me some input?

Check with your local Health Dept. All states are a bit different.

Not only do States have different codes but those rules can vary considerably from County to county or even city to city with in a county. That can be a challenge with a truck. Make sure you have a permitted spot to park before you invest.
