What are you sipping with Easter Lunch ?

For starters, Prosecco with an array of appetisers ( antipasti ). Then, an Italian 100% Sangiovese which is a wonderful pair with roast lamb, as we are in Basilicata, Italia with my younger daughter and her family and dear friends, one of whom is from Matera, Basilicata.

I think for us, since we will be having an Easter lunch we will be pairing it with blueberry & lavender lemonade.
