Just call me chef bambi and i'm a new member. I accidentally landed on a link that led me to this website. Browsing thru the links i think it could help me grow more as a chef instructor and i feel i could also contribute in anyway i can to you my colleagues.I been in the academe for 11 years now since i shifted from running a fine dining restaurant at the former Westin Philippine Plaza resort Hotel (now Sofietel) here in manila Philippines i never looked back as teaching became my passion in this profession of ours.
