Gosh, that makes perfect sense the use Italian cookies

Prettycake those look stunning!!  I so want to just reach out and grab one!

You know,  I did not think of that until you mentioned that Pizzelle  is Italian w/c is perfect for Cannolis  :)  when I made them I just thought I want something that does not taste like pie crust for Cannoli shells then I thought of the Pizzelle..  Now it just hit me !!  lever.gif
