So one of the staff brought in a beater blade for the little mixer we have; we all thought it was pretty terrific and someone wished out loud for a beater blade for the Hobart. So I looked it up and lo and behold, PastryChef.com has one (it has two blades, which would be nice when we are making red velvet because that food coloring is THE WORST)
Before I spend $185 on this thing, I need to know if
1) this works
2) how hard is it to clean
3) if you use one, would you buy it again?
