I got this piece of beef and I have no idea what part of the beef it is and what to do with it? Any ideas what part it could be and recommendations what to do with it?
Chili, cube brown and braise for stroganoff, Rollatini, thin slice, pound, marinade in apple juice and pineapple (to tenderize), flour and brown for faux schnitzel chicken fried steak, ground to use in meat sauce, meatball mix, hamburgers meatloaf etc. Crock pot and BBQ for pulled BBQ beef,
