I just signed up moments ago and thought the best way to get started here would be to introduce myself and give a little info. I currently work as a Cook at my local district hospital and prior to that acquired about 6 years experience as a line cook in various local restaurants. I took the one year Cook Br.1 program through Canadore College and completed the 3000hrs needed for certification all in my home town of Parry Sound, Ont. I recently recieved my Certificate of Apprenticeship and am hoping to, sooner than later, make my way to North Bay to write for my Certificate of Qualification. I would ask what to expect on the exam but I will save that for another thread.
