    I would like to move to Spain in the future and would like to know where is the best area for chef. please someone advice..:D

However, it depends on the type of cuisine and where you would like to work.

  I already have work in 2AA rosette restaurant  Hotel and would looking for something similar or Michelin if possible... I love creative.

Most of the chefs (and members) here are from the USA.

 

Are you an EU citizen?  If so, then of course it would be easy to move to Spain and live and work there.  If you are a non-EU citizen, then you would have to first find out the visa requirements Spain might require.

Northern Spain (Basque country) has a wonderful cuisine and food culture. San Sebastian( Donostia) has the highest density of Michelin stars i the world. Arzak, Mugariz, Martin Berasategui, Akelarre, to mention a few. All of witch are among the worlds best. Plus all of the tapa/ pinxos bars. Both traditional and modern/ creative. Would definitly be my pick.

Girona and Barcelona area are very famous for their culinary excellence such as the great Caller de can roca and former El bulli just up the road close to the french border.

Having been to Valencia though numerous times their food is outstanding so the choice is endless really.

   El Bulli   already have 13 permanant chef  all the rest will be stager, which  have been pick around 33 chef all over the world and not everyone will get it. to be intern for 6 month without paid apart from meal during service.if I have a chance onece in lifetime experience would be great!!.

If I were younger I would like to work with Thomas Keller at the French Laundry. Why because the guy is a perfectionist and a true experimentor besices.

Check out Mugaritz...guy is doing some amazing things. Lots of great restaurants in Spain...are you looking to get paid or just stage? Try to look at as many high end places as possible, because these places get a lot of requests for jobs/stages and they fill up fast. Be persistent (but not annoying--a fine line) and throw out a lot of resumes/CVs hoping for one or two bites.
