I am starting a small catering business in the Hudson Valley in NY. I already have lined up a client for a gathering that is going to happen in two weeks. I have my menu pretty much set but I could use some advice as far as purchasing meats and veggies. Does anyone know good places to purchase quality goods at wholesale? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
