Is there a list of the different Moderators somewhere?
That might be helpful

And we are always looking for more help mods/greeters/spam catchers/reviewers. We encourage everyone to participate as they are able.

How do you get those really cool "badges" on the bottoms of your posts?

Am lost myself, not an easy site to navigate, would love to ask for some help from a pastry chef, but you don't make it easy. Been to the "forums" but see no tab where you can "ask a question/advice"...............
