Hi!

I am a double major Culinary Arts and Business.  I graduate in just three weeks!  I am from Southwest Missouri, just south of Springfield.  I found this forum looking for some data for a project that I'm working on.  I should probably have a solid plan by now, but I might either find somewhere in Springfield to work, work the summer to save and move to a big city in Missouri, or move to another state entirely.  I figure if I'm going to travel, now would be the time.

Welcome to Chef Talk, Christian. Congratulations on your graduation, and good luck for future successes. We do have a careers tab here (check at the top, right of the green banner) that may give you some ideas. Still, keep your eyes open. What you truly love to do may be something you hadn't dreamed of yet!

 

What area of culinary arts intrigues you? Or is management (commercial.... institutional...?) your thing?

Welcome. I am a student from Slovenia. I just joined this forum, maybe a week ago, because I need help with some of my school projects. I found people here to be very helpful.smile.gif
