Dessert Microcresses?

We've all seen microcress on savoury dishes with common favourites like peashoots etc, but does anybody know of any that are sweet and readily available to compliment to a dessert?

I know one of my accounts uses micro mint sprigs to garnish some of the desserts they buy from us; I think there are several varieties of micro greens you could get from a wholesaler; you could also use candied flowers or rose petals - but candied flowers are expensive to buy and time-consuming to make and store.

I use chocolate mint.

 

Looks like mint leaves, but when you bite the leaf , its a cross between chocolate and mint. Great for plating.

 

 

On another note (for those who may not realize) , there are many plants that pair nicely in a dessert.

 

Lavender, lemon verbena, lemon grass...Kaffir

Lemon/basil cake

Lemon/rosemary

Basil ice cream

Terragon ice cream

sage sorbet with peaches.....

Basil & pineapple

Sage & pear

Rosemary & apricot sorbet.
