Not to mention all the gels and stablizers. I hate trying to make sauce with some of this stuff, that taste of grit buggs the heck out of me.
I've see off the shelf "fat free" products that actually have more calories than their regular fat level cousins. All that sugar to jimmy up the mouth-feel...blech.
in italy we have plenty of low fat or no fat yoghurts, they're just made with low or no fat milk. They taste like water, but there is no other crap in them.
