Hi Everyone I am so glad to be a part of this as I am currently a lawyer by profession but am hoping to change that to pastry chef.

 

I love making sweet and decadent desserts. Right now only my family and friends get to enjoy it but I am hoping to change that in the near future.

Glad to have you in the community. There are some terrific articles and threads  on bakery that I am sure you will enjoy. When you have a chance , please look around at the site and enjoy the wiki's and reviews and the photo galleries showcasing some amazing talent.

 

There is a section for Professionals  which are read only but other than that you are welcome to post/start your own relevant thread.

 

If you have a question just ask a Moderator, they will be happy to help.
