Started a new job a couple weeks ago and this is the oven I inherited on my back line. It does fun things like shutting itself down if the door is open for more than 5 seconds. When it does that, the "clear" button has to be hit twice or it stays shut down. Sometimes the cooks will miss touching it the 2nd time, usually when it's really busy. Not fun to deal with during service. Also, changing the temp is a 5 step process. I could deal with that, but if you make a mistake during the temp reset, it goes into some unknown mode and won't accept any new programming. Lastly, there doesn't seem to be a timer. I don't have a user manual either.
Anybody have any experience dealing with this particular problem child?
