Hello to all. My name is Mike or Michael, either works for me.
I'm 46 and currently working as a Catering Chef/ Kitchen Manager in Northeast Ohio, about 40 miles east of Cleveland on beautiful Lake Erie. I've been in the biz since '89.

This looks like a great message board, and I look forward to interacting as time permits.
