Hi,

 

My name is Paul, I am a retired Chef now a Paramedic in Camden Australia, My speciality was Italian cuisine and Italian style. I have designed about 2500 Italian style recipes along with numerous African style and Asian inspired dishes. I still do a lot of cooking at home for friends and Family, these day,s I like to experiment with a lot of other styles and methods of cooking.
