Lets say that the customer can not tolerate Alcohol, Wines, or Near bear at all. Basically, anything that is a "non-alcoholic" substitute for alcohol is banned.
What would you use to substitute for common wines with their common food pairings?
What would you use in place of a Chardonnay? Red Wine? White Wine?
I've been pondering this for a long time. I've been thinking that toning down White Grape juice with a hint of Pineapple or Pear with Apple Cider and Strawberry Juice might work with a Fish entree.
For Spaghetti, I was thinking of a Red Grape Juice mixed with Raspberry Juice and Apricot Juice.
