Catering Cookies

I own a custom dessert company and have recently been asked to cater cookies for a party of 100 people.  What is the best way to transport the 300 cookies from the kitchen to the party location and what tools will I need?  Nothing needs to be refrigerated.  Thanks!

platters and saran wrap....lots of saran wrap.
