Heston Blumenthal's glass storage jars

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I could get the same
airtight, glass jars with those orange rubber seals
that Heston uses in his cooking shows. I live in Australia
so am assuming I will need to order these online.
If not those than something similar. Point is I want
glass storage containers that are truly airtight and
will last a fair while.

Thanks!

Do you mean like these?

Try Googling "French Canning Jars" and see what you get. They are pretty common here in the US and very, very common in France. I have a French friend who brings me back replacement gaskets from the hardware store when she visits family in Paris.

Glad to help. I hope you can find some in Australia. I tried googling it but didn't find an Australian vendor. Good luck!
