Chinese style dishes are terrific. If you are looking for new ideas on something you like, you can start a thread in the food and discussions forum, I am sure many will give ideas.
I have not been to China but Vancouver has some great tasting Chinese food.
eg; lamb and hand pulled noodles in a terrific broth, five spice pork fry, Pidan, pork dried oyster congee, and so many others, the list is endless. Chinese food is an art in itself.
