I could have spent more and gotten a machine with a wider bed but really... this is perfect for what I do! And It was on sale and.. Igot 5 bonus presser feet in the process....
This is the first time in my life I have ever owned a brand new sewing machine and it is aweseome.. well my serger was brand new too but I still had the clunker for finishing....
My husband is a little off about it and I asked him wh...the laptop he bought "for the boy" that the boy has yet to touch cost him over $2K and I shopped the sales, got what I wanted at $400 off on sale.. and it took nothing away from our budget and added nothing to the credit card (I used my income tax refund for it) The girl will get my old machine after I get it a tune up for her and even that plus the cost of my machine will be less than his laptop and it seems I am being wasteful?? Spouses!!! shoot me now!!
On the plus side I am really happy with it and once he sees how happy I am (and it will be shown in a major decrease of swearing from the back room) he will be fine...
