my dear mexican chef amiga sent me a (i think), wonderful extensive history and 'authentico' recipes for mole qaxaquenio and mole poblano...it's in spanish. sadly, i do not read spanish. any suggestions as to how to get this translated? i wouldn't ever think of asking her to translate it for me. aside from wanting the recipes, i am equally excited to read the history. muchas gracias
