I make a simple butter cake with the below ingredients:
2 cup Self raising flour
250 g butter
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
3 tbsp flaxseed (mixed with 6 tbsp water) as a substitute for egg
Method
I cream butter and sugar, then add flaxseed paste, add milk and flour alternatively,
pour mixture in the greased pan and bake it for 50 min on 150 degree celsious
Cake tastes fine. does not taste uncooked, kniefe also comes clean when inserted in the middle but somehow does not rise much..seems really moist in some parts...
