I am looking to find a bread proofer- retarder- I can use once a week- for one-2 hours- to proof a few trays-

 

 

If someone is interested in making a little cash on the side- I am not ready to invest in a bread proofer just  yet....

 

 

It is to be used for something other then bread- please contact me,
