Howdy from Oklahoma!!

Hello all! I am a cook living in Tulsa,Ok. I'm a 19 year old guy and have a passion for learning, especially when it comes to food. I've been cooking "professionally" for about two years. By "professionally," i mean i've been grilling for a restaurant here in Tulsa for two years. It is a smaller restaurant, but its my second home and i love it!

 

Anyways, im here to learn all i can from you all and throw in my two cents if i can. It's kind of tough to broaden your mind grilling and preparing the same things every day, so i cant wait to look around cheftalk and start on my journey to more advanced cooking!

Welcome glad to have you. Sounds like you have a solid foundation for your cooking career. Working a grill for 2 years is one of the best ways to learn how to do one technique perfectly. Glad you joined ChefTalk.
