I'm possibly getting a new job, and the kitchen doesn't allow you to use knives from home. I used a few of their knives on the trial shift I had, that while not being all that blunt, they were nowhere near what I'd call sharp.
Is there any quick, and more importantly good, sharpeners that I could for instance take in my pocket, swipe a knife through half a dozen times and get a good edge on with? I'm not sure if they'd even allow this, but they might. I'm pretty sure they won't let me sharpen the knives properly.
