Aloha and Welcome FoodieGoodie!

I hope that you had an opportunity to look around the place.

Chef Talk has a membership of over 39,000 people from all over the world.

People like yourself who just like food all the way to folks who are actively employed in the food industry.  Which brings to mind that those forums that are within the Professional threads are read only to us who are not in the food-biz.  Feel free to participate in other relevant threads though.
