Just an FYI : I don’t expect this to be used in a national ad campaign but, I’m a musician and I came back to the apartment LATE one night. I wanted some tea so I filled my Corningware 6-cup tea pot with water, put it on the stove, sat on the couch and waited…..Oh, and then I fell asleep…….for about 10 hours. When I woke up, the pot was still on the stove, empty of its contents, and scorching hot, I assume. I cautiously shut off the burner and left the pot on the stove, untouched. The next morning, I picked it up, filled it again with water and everything was fine! That was about 20 years ago. I’m still using it to this day.
