Ok, so i dont know how this will turn out.

What I plan on doing is:

 

Steaming rice.

 

Then mixing tomato paste (the really thick stuff) and some Red-Hot'ish (texas petes) hotsauce, a little tabasco, some salt, oregano, and cumin.

 

Then, I mix with rice and sort of let it just soak in on low temp.

 

 

Now. Would this be tasty with the materials i've listed if prepared with proper amounts of materials?

 

Or would this just be bad in the best situation?

Doesn't sound that much different from the rice with soy sauce and sriracha I sometimes eat.

Maybe try doing it like a pilaf with youur flavoring (look up some Spanish rice recipes). Tomato paste still needs to be cooked.
