Hey, I'm Mike (First post) and currently working as a prep cook at a fairly high up restaurant under 2 chefs who went to the CIA. I went and visited the school and fell in love. I have visited other campus' to other schools and it seemed by far the best. There is one thing i am nervous about, that is my academics and not being accepted because of it. I have a 76% average in high school because i do work about 30-40 hours a week along with high school and was wondering how hard they look on grades. I also have resources in people i know. My cousin in a pastry chef in Cabo working for Jean George, and was offered a job in NYC at his restaurant. He knows the executive chef at the greenbriar as well.
