Just found this wonderful site. I am very excited to join the community of Chef Talk . I have done my courses and I am now looking to hit the Red Seal Exam but now I realize I need a few more hours under my belt . Very hard thing to do living in Quebec and not having the most beautiful french under my belt !

I see your from up north, love the Laurentiens , Mont Tremblant and surrounding areas , I am from Montreal.
