Hello, my name is Sarah Stegall. I am currently enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary arts Atlanta. I will be receiving my Associates in Culinary arts. I am scheduled to graduate 06/30/2017, and I'm not scheduled to do my externship until April of 2017. I want to be prepared and have something set up before it is close to the time I am scheduled. If there was any way I can get in contact with you to learn more please let me know.

Thank you in advanced

The cuisine is about using local and fresh produce, dairy, and meats. Presentation is very important. These are small award winning restaurants where you will have the opportunity to be trained to work in all stations of the kitchen. I know you said people with degree only, but I have plenty of experience in the kitchen, and I'm interested, I just haven't gone to school. Is there any way I Can still be eligible to attend? Thanks.

Dear Chefs Abroad,

Thank you for your time in reading my reply to the ChefTalk post. I am currently enrolled in the Associates Degree Program at Le Cordon Bleu of Dallas,

Texas and interested in obtaining more information about your exciting program and possible opportunities. My projected graduation is April, 2017, but my

externship portion will begin February, 2017.  Currently still trying to find what path to take in the culinary world, I am already employed at a Mediterranean and

Greek Grill establishment, also work in the library at school. So I am used to long hours and enjoy interacting with all types of people. My contact information is

as below. And again thank you for your time and interest in helping culinary students such as myself further their knowledge in the arts.
