Hello everyone,


So i'm thinking of starting a cake bakery/sweets store. I plan to do cakes, baklava and other such sweets. I first want to draft a business plan and figure out the costs. I don't want to start big but i don't want to go cheap either, i don't want any equipment that i will replace in the near future, i want reliable equipment. So my question is, what oven do you guys recommend ? What is used most by other bakeries?
