I am a baking and pastry student and I am going to make my first cake for someone outside of school, I am really excited. I need to find a good, tried and true high ratio cake recipe that is measured by weight, I know some, but they're all in cups and I don't want to risk it not turning out right because I have to convert. I need a white cake, a chocolate cake, and a german chocolate cake. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
